Welcome to Pirate's Den Cane Corso. We are a small kennel in Southeast NC. I chose to become a Cane Corso Breeder to help educate the world on what a stable, confident Cane Corso could add to a family. As you browse our site we hope that you will see our immense love and devotion to this wonderful, unique breed. A Cane Corso can be dominant, stubborn and very protective of family and home. However, if you're a good leader that doesn't mind putting your foot down from time to time and are willing to socialize and obedience train your puppy, then this might be the breed for you. We hope you enjoy your visit to Pirate's Den, what we feel is home to some of the finest Cane Corso in the world!
Our goal here at Pirate's Den is not to breed a dog that is recognized as coming from our kennel. We want to breed a dog that people say "Hey, I saw that dog in a history book! What kind of dog if that?" Then we will have succeeded in reviving the greatest breed in the world.

Capn' Morgan is Available to a qualified home. For further information call Jennifer at 910-538-6422

The ADT System in Pirate's Den : )

Pirate's Dens "Aiko call me Romeo" and Pirate's Dens "Daisy Duke" playing in the surf at Carolina Beach, NC. Looks like Daisy thought the water was cold.

Who would think something this big could be this agile? Blackbeard is very special in many ways. We love him so much.

Scandifio's Mondo and Ratman would never fight over the cow.

The apple shouldn't fall far from the tree.
Our foundation female, "Eliska Georg" Ret. of Georg Cane Corso in Czech Republic . Taken at 8yrs old in Winter 2011. Notice how similar the dogs
above look to Grandma?

Pirate's Dens' "Funky Cold Medina". 10mos. My family says I treat her like
"The Golden Child". I will admit, I love her so much I could eat her.
There...I said it! LOL

This is my DotDot when he was just a few weeks old. I named him DotDot because he was a little bigger than the one white dot on his chest but not as big as two. : ) Hand rearing his litter from birth reminded me just how much I gain from breeding these dogs. Their will to live was a humbling experience. I am still in awe of each of them.

To This!

This is Pirate's Dens' "They call me Effie" chasing Pirate's Dens' "Draco" through the snow. They're both 14mos old in this picture. They live with the Malcolm s' in Jacksonville, NC. BTW: Effie ate the "Good Dog" stocking over the holidays. HaHaHa. Sorry, Tina

Money say WHAT???

Blackbeard (Our 15mo. old puppy) and Isabella were watching the puppies play. I tried but Isa blinked every time I took her picture. LOL
